Hello everyone! Hope all is well with your families during this time. As we continue to stay at home and work on our learning in a new environment, just wanted to send out an update with the directions given by our administration and the SCDSB.

Students may continue to read daily to meet their monthly set goals. They should practice the multiplication facts that they still have to master. Daily work in Reflex Math is also a great way to improve fluency in math facts.

The Ministry of Ontario introduced online resources for students and parents to access called Learn at Home. This can be used as well for additional learning at home at this time.

As we are given further information, regarding resources and learning activities, I will continue to keep you informed. Thank you for all your understanding and ongoing support at home! Keep safe and healthy, and hope to see everyone again soon:)

I hope your families are doing well during this difficult time. The weather has been nice to enjoy some outside time. We are finding new activities at my house to keep us occupied: lots of cleaning and organizing, family movie nights, board games and card games, tackling puzzles!

Just wanted to say hi and send a quick message:) Once I get more direction about plans and things to work on over the next two weeks, I will send another update. For now, stay safe and healthy by practicing social distancing, washing your hands routinely, and keeping busy at home!
